We are seeking a reliable and motivated professional to join our team as a General Operator. In this role, you will support day-to-day production and operational activities, helping ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows procedures carefully, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and perform assigned tasks according to established procedures and safety guidelines
• Support production, warehouse, or operational workflows as needed
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment for quality, accuracy, and safe operation
• Follow work instructions, schedules, and supervisor direction to meet daily goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards promptly
• Assist with loading, unloading, sorting, packing, or moving materials
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment is helpful, but not always required
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods as needed
• Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing priorities
